
So this is the last, post in my self-love series, it tips you can start practicing, which is easy to start with instead of ways to self-love.

Self-Love Tips.
- Start Journaling: This is something I have yet to start and hoping to create a journal for myself that has prompts. But start every morning by journaling your thoughts and feelings.
- Alone Time: Man, I love my alone time. This is the hardest thing someone has to do unless you are an Introvert this comes easily to us, learn to enjoy spending alone be it in meditation, taking.
- Travel: Solo traveling to be exact, solo travel will force someone to get out of their comfort zone and learn to say yes to new experiences and cultures.
- Say Yes: I covered this in my last post 15 Ways To Practise Self Love. . Saying Yes, will lead to stepping out of your comfort zone, and experiencing new things, and maybe making new friends.
- Practise Self-Care: This is perfect for starting our self-love ritual.
- List Of Accomplishments: Write down the list of things you have accomplished, has a reminder of the positive energy around you, You can also create a vision board for it.
- Start Saying No: Yes you can say no to some things, and people. Learn not to give your energy to people who don’t necessarily need it.
- Learn New Things: One of my main goals for this year was to learn and I am keeping to it. I think this is something all of us need to have in our yearly or monthly goals list. Never stop learning and improving yourself.
- Practice Gratitude and Affirmations: Have a list of affirmations, you can say to yourself every day that will guide you throughout the day and write down want you grateful for every morning and possible evening {shameless plug this will be part of my journal that am in the process of creating}
- Trust Yourself: Start listening to your gut and intuition, if something doesn’t feel right don’t do it, and when you make a decision and learn to live with it and stand by it good or bad.
