Am am going to say Self-Care isn’t selfish, it is necessary for our well-begin. Plus it is good for our mental health
They are a lot of benefits, for self-care.But I am going the most important ones, that have helped me as I can only write of personal,experience.

- Helps with better mental health
- Helps reveal stress
- It gives you time alone
- Helps create a better emotional state
- Helps with your health
- Helps in better creativity
- You feel more recharged and ready to tackle, your projects or business.
Personally, self-care keeps me, sane and helps me look at my ideas, through a different light than before.
