Hey Earthlings…
So this is another shorten post, of my longer post How To Get Glowing Skin. If you want to read the full post here.
Our skin is the biggest organ, and we have to take care of it.
Tips
- Drink lots of water at least 8 glasses a day if you can drink a 1 liter or more the better.
- Eat healthy: Lots of fruits and green vegetables
- Working out, sweating out all the toxins in your body
- Sleep more, although this is something I struggle with cause I am an insomniac most of the time
- This is the most important one….always put on sunscreen, the highest level of SPF.
- Do not sleep with Makeup cause clogs your pores. Go a day without Makeup is go for you.
